Rubber expansion joints, also known as flexible rubber expansion joints, vibration dampers, pipeline vibration dampers, and shock absorbers, are a type of pipeline expansion joint with high elasticity, high airtightness, and resistance to various media and weathering.
1. Rubber Sphere: Inner layer of water-resistant rubber, middle layer of multi-layer cord reinforcement, outer layer of aging-resistant rubber.
2. Steel Wire Reinforcement Layer: High-pressure models have built-in steel wire to increase compressive strength.
3. Loose Flanges at Both Ends: Made of carbon steel, allowing for free rotation and easy installation.
4. Sealing Working Surface: One-piece molded spherical surface for a tight seal.

Pressure resistant and durable, not prone to bursting
Resistant to acids and alkalis, corrosion resistant
Simple installation, rotatable flange for easy hole alignment
Reduces pump vibration, protecting valves and pipelines
Reduces construction difficulty, facilitating later maintenance and disassembly
Relying on the elasticity of the rubber itself:
1. Absorbs the expansion and contraction displacement of the pipeline due to thermal changes.
2. Counteracts foundation settlement and pipeline misalignment.
3. Blocks pump vibration, preventing it from being transmitted to the pipeline.
4.Automatically fine-tunes the angle, reducing the probability of pipeline rupture.

DN700-1200 (2) type working pressure: 1.0MPa; DN1400 type working pressure: 0.6MPa; DN1600-DN1800 type working pressure: 0.4MPa; flanges selected at 0.6MPa.
