Large-flange rubber expansion joints are an improved version of ordinary rubber expansion joints designed to prevent pull-out. The core features are an extra-large flange at both ends of the rubber sphere (fully covering the flange face) + a metal slip-on flange. They offer strong high-pressure sealing, pull-out resistance, and excellent vibration damping, making them the preferred flexible expansion joint for pump rooms, high-pressure pipelines, and large-diameter pipe networks.
1. Rubber Sphere: Inner rubber (media resistant) + multi-layer polyester cord/steel wire reinforcement layer (pressure bearing) + outer rubber (aging resistant); Material: Natural rubber NR, EPDM, Nitrile rubber NBR, Neoprene rubber CR.
2. Large Flange: Both ends of the sphere are 90° outward-flangeed, fully covering the flange face, matching the flange outer diameter, and equipped with bolt holes.
3. Metal Slip-on Flange: Carbon steel/stainless steel, fitted onto the outside of the flange, bolted for fastening.
4. Limiting Tie Rod (Optional): For high-pressure/large-diameter applications, preventing excessive stretching and pull-out.

Multi-directional Displacement Compensation: The elastic deformation of the sphere absorbs axial (±20–50mm), lateral, and angular displacements, solving problems related to thermal expansion and contraction and foundation settlement.
Full-coverage Sealing: The flange 100% covers the flange sealing surface, and the bolts are tightened evenly, preventing leakage and eliminating the risk of "necking" under high pressure.
Vibration Reduction and Noise Reduction: The high elasticity of the rubber isolates the vibration of the water pump/equipment, reducing noise by 20–30dB and protecting the pipeline network and equipment.
Anti-pull-out: The flange and flange are locked together, preventing detachment under high pressure (PN16–PN25), and the tensile strength is 40%+ higher than that of ordinary expansion joints.
1. Enhanced Sealing: Fully enclosed flange, large sealing area, uniform stress, zero leakage, suitable for PN16–PN25 high pressure.
2. Anti-Pull-Out: Flanged flange + interlocking flange prevents detachment under high pressure, eliminating the "burst" hazard of ordinary expansion joints.
3. Large Compensation: Axial compensation 20–50mm, deflection angle ≤15°, suitable for complex displacements.
4. Easy Installation: Rotatable loose flange, no welding required, easy to align holes, quick assembly and disassembly.
1. Pump Rooms/Pump Stations: Pump inlet and outlet (vibration prevention, anti-pull-out, noise reduction).
2. High-Pressure Pipelines: Municipal water supply, long-distance water transmission, chemical/oil high-pressure pipelines.
3. Large-Diameter Pipelines: Main pipelines above DN200, high-rise water supply (with fixed brackets).
4. Vibration/Settlement Scenarios: Compressor and fan outlets; building settlement joints, pipelines crossing roads.
5. Wastewater treatment/seawater: EPDM/chloroprene rubber is compatible with acids, alkalis, and seawater corrosion.
