Made of pure white food-grade rubber, this joint is specifically designed for pipelines in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and pure water industries that come into direct contact with food or clean media. It combines displacement compensation, vibration reduction, sealing, and hygiene compliance.
Layered design, all components meet food hygiene requirements:
1. Inner Rubber Layer: Pure white food-grade rubber, smooth inner wall with no dead corners, preventing material buildup, easy to clean, and in direct contact with the medium.
2. Reinforcing Skeleton Layer: Multiple layers of high-strength polyester/nylon fabric, enhancing pressure resistance and tensile strength, preventing deformation and bulging.
3. Outer Rubber Layer: White rubber of the same material, resistant to aging, impact, and external contamination, with a uniform pure white appearance.

Hygiene Compliance: Entirely white, free of carbon black and other harmful additives, certified for food contact safety, suitable for direct contact with food media.
Easy to clean and antibacterial: The smooth inner wall prevents material adhesion and residue buildup, making it suitable for the high-frequency cleaning requirements of the food industry.
Multi-dimensional compensation: Absorbs axial expansion and contraction, lateral misalignment, and angular deflection of the pipeline, compensating for installation errors and thermal expansion and contraction.
