Based on the customer’s site conditions, medium temperature, pipeline pressure, and installation distance, our technical department provides one-on-one customized solutions:

The main body uses 304 stainless steel flanged metal hoses, which are corrosion-resistant, rust-resistant, and suitable for humid coastal conditions;

Thickened stainless steel braided layer enhances tensile strength, explosion resistance, and vibration resistance;

Both end flanges use national standard stainless steel flanges, suitable for on-site installation hole spacing;

Precisely customized dimensions according to the customer’s installation length and pressure rating to avoid installation pulling and misalignment;

For export projects, we have established pressure testing and quality inspection standards for each hose to ensure zero leakage.

III. Production

Order production is strictly carried out according to standards throughout the entire process:

Uniform and flawless pipe welds, tight and non-loose braiding;

Each flanged metal hose undergoes individual hydrostatic testing, ensuring stable pressure maintenance with no leakage, seepage, or deformation;

After quality inspection, all products are packaged in specialized ocean-going protective packaging, with multiple layers of protection and fumigated solid wood pallets, effectively resisting moisture, collisions, and compression during long-distance sea transport, ensuring the smooth shipment of the entire container.
