Embedded duckbill valve, in-pipe rubber check valve. Unlike external clamp duckbill valves, the rubber duckbill core is entirely installed inside a steel flange cylinder, connected in series in the middle of the pipeline. It automatically opens and closes by water pressure, providing one-way backflow prevention, replacing cast iron check valves and steel flap valves.
1. Internal Valve Core: One-piece rubber duckbill with embedded multi-layer nylon fabric reinforcement, no metal fittings, no rotating shaft, and no spring;
2. External Shell: Carbon steel, used to clamp the rubber valve body, directly connecting to the pipeline flange;
3. Complete all-rubber water-stopping components, no easily damaged mechanical parts.

Forward Water Outflow: The medium flows forward, water pressure opens the duckbill lip, the pipeline is open for drainage, it can be opened with low water pressure, and the head loss is small;
Reverse Check: When backflow/tidal backflow occurs, the back pressure tightens the duckbill opening, the greater the pressure, the tighter the seal, zero leakage, and prevention of sewage backflow.
1. Built-in Protection: The rubber nozzle is concealed within the steel cylinder, preventing debris and stones from puncturing the valve body. This results in a longer service life compared to external duckbill valves.
2. Maintenance-Free: With no moving metal parts, it does not rust, does not clog with silt, and will not be obstructed by debris, requiring no maintenance.
3. Quiet and Vibration-Reducing: No metal impact during opening and closing eliminates water hammer noise, making it suitable for pump station outlet pipelines.
4. Compact Installation: The flange is clamped between two pipe sections, occupying little space and allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation.
5. Strong Anti-clogging Capacity: Silt, leaves, and sand can be flushed away by the water flow, superior to traditional cast iron check valves and flap valves.
1. Municipal Drainage: Sewer interception networks, overflow wells, rainwater pumping stations, and backflow prevention at the outlet of municipal sewage lift pumps;
2. Water Conservancy and Flood Control: River sewage outlets, dam drainage pipes, and coastal seawater backflow prevention networks;
3. Environmental Protection Wastewater Treatment Plants: Biochemical pools, sludge pump outlets, and backflow prevention in aeration system pipelines;
4. Infrastructure Support: Underground drainage for highways/airports, basement sump pits, and chemical wastewater discharge pipelines.
1. Diameter: DN50~DN1200 (full range), pressure PN0.6/1.0/1.6MPa;
2. Installation: Flange connection, valve body arrow aligned with water flow direction; for vertical installation, inlet at the bottom and outlet at the top;
3. Selection: EPDM/chloroprene preferred for sewage and seawater; NBR material selected for oily wastewater.
