Mainly used in sewage systems, discharge systems, water pump outlets, booster pump stations and submersible aeration systems.
100% elastic rubber structure, maintenance-free, prevents backflow, maintains tight closure even when solid particles get stuck; will not freeze during opening and closing, minimal head loss during opening; can be customized to meet specific user requirements for different working conditions and materials; durable and long service life.

Valve Body: Fully elastic rubber (chloroprene rubber/EPDM/nitrile rubber), reinforced with built-in nylon fabric, tear-resistant and aging-resistant.
Clamp: 304/316 stainless steel, secures the valve body sleeve to the pipeline, ensuring a leak-proof seal.
1. Forward Drainage: When the medium pressure > 0.01m head (approximately 100Pa), the duckbill opening is widened, allowing for smooth drainage; the higher the pressure, the wider the opening and the higher the flow rate.
2. Backflow Prevention: External back pressure (such as seawater backflow or sewage backflow) forces the duckbill opening to close tightly. The greater the back pressure, the tighter the seal, ensuring zero leakage and preventing backflow.
3.Self-Sealing Without Pressure: When water supply is interrupted or there is no flow, the duckbill automatically closes due to its own elasticity, isolating odors and preventing debris from entering.
1. Municipal sewage/rainwater discharge outlets, flood control and drainage pumping stations
2. Sewage treatment plant effluent, booster pumping stations, oxidation ditch aeration systems
3. Seashore/dock/reservoir protection against seawater backflow and tidal flow
4. Residential/basement sewage discharge, backflow prevention in pipe wells, odor barrier
5. Pipelines containing particulate or fibrous media in chemical/paper/printing and dyeing industries

| Main Applications: Primarily used in sewage systems, discharge systems, pump outlets, booster pump stations, and submersible aeration systems. Main Features: 100% elastic rubber structure, maintenance-free, prevents backflow, and maintains a tight seal even when solid particles are stuck; will not freeze during opening and closing, resulting in minimal head loss during operation; can be customized to meet specific requirements for different working conditions and materials; durable and long service life. Material: Neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, fluororubber, etc. Installation Dimensions and Method: The clamp-type flexible rubber check valve uses a sleeve design at the valve body installation location. The matching connecting pipe is fitted into the sleeve. Waterproof sealant can be applied to the pipe and the inner wall of the sleeve for sealing, and metal clamps are used. Appropriate gaskets should be added between the clamp openings, and the connecting bolts should be tightened. If an auxiliary liner is used, it should be welded to the pre-installed pipe for sealing during connection. Note that when the nominal diameter is greater than DN800, due to the larger weight of the valve body and the large amount of residual water and water flow impact in the valve body cavity during operation, a support tie rod must be added. The valve body is permanently and securely suspended (valves with a diameter of DN800 or larger are equipped with lifting rings). |
