Site Conditions: Southeast Asia has a hot, humid, and tropical climate with consistently high temperatures and large diurnal temperature variations, resulting in pipelines operating outdoors for extended periods.

Three major problems existed at the project site:

1. Large thermal expansion and contraction of the pipelines, making ordinary joints prone to breakage due to tensile stress;

2. Strong vibration of the water pump unit, easily causing flange loosening and leakage;

3. Outdoor exposure to direct sunlight, causing ordinary rubber to age and peel continuously throughout the year.

Customized Supply Solution

Targeting the unique working conditions of tropical Southeast Asia, we have upgraded our product configuration as follows:

1. All models use weather-resistant EPDM rubber, which is UV-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and anti-aging, suitable for the year-round exposure to the sun in tropical environments;

2. Internally thickened multi-layered fabric, ensuring stable pressure resistance and preventing deformation, suitable for long-term continuous water supply;

3. Eccentric rubber expansion joints are used at pump room diameter changes to prevent air accumulation in the pipeline and protect the pump from cavitation;

4. 100% pressure tested at the factory, with no leakage or bulging;

5. Export-grade wooden crates with moisture-proof packaging and reinforced wooden pallets to prevent damage from long-distance compression.

Project Implementation Results

After mass installation and commissioning, the products have demonstrated stable operation: Effectively absorbing pipeline thermal expansion and contraction displacement and slight foundation settlement, significantly reducing pump vibration and pipeline noise.

Under the high temperature, high humidity, and sun exposure conditions of Southeast Asia, there has been no aging, cracking, or leakage, fully meeting local municipal engineering acceptance standards.
