PTFE-lined corrugated expansion joint: The inner wall of the metal corrugated compensator is lined with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which combines the pressure resistance and flexibility of metal with the strong corrosion resistance of PTFE. It is used in highly corrosive pipelines to absorb thermal expansion and contraction displacement, installation deviation and vibration.
1. Inner Lining: PTFE, corrosion-resistant, non-stick, and insulating.
2. Corrugated Pipe: 304/316 stainless steel, providing elastic compensation.
3. Flange: Carbon steel/stainless steel.
4. Limiting Screw: Controls the compensation amount, preventing over-tension/over-pressure.
Chemical Industry: Chlor-alkali, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, dye intermediates.
Environmental Protection/Electroplating: Acid and alkali wastewater, waste gas treatment, fluoride-containing waste liquid.
1. Strong Corrosion Resistance: Replaces stainless steel/rubber, increasing service life by 3-5 times.
2. Wide temperature and pressure range: -196℃～260℃, PN0.6–2.5MPa, suitable for a wide range of operating conditions.
3. High flexibility: Multi-directional compensation, vibration reduction and noise reduction, protecting pumps and valves.
